Fire Safety Compliance Review
FIRE SAFETY ADVISER COMPLIANCE REVIEW
A fire safety adviser compliance review is a good way to determine what compliance’s have been overlooked. Once established, these non-compliance’s can be rectified.
This Service includes:
- Completing an on site review to ensure compliance of Qld Bulding Fire Safety Regulation 2008. Qld Develpment Code, Building Code, AS3745 2010 and AS1851 2012.
- On site review of all documentation relating to Training and Evacuation records and Fire installation records including service records and occupiers statements.
- Walk around to ensure fire equipment is appropriately tagged and that fire doors are operating correctly.
- Reviewing Evacuation diagrams and Fire and Evacuation plan for currency and accuracy.
- Complete written report outlining non-compliance issues which also identifies what areas of legislation non-compliance refers to.
